Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, with a strong focus on life sciences, in a remote setting. You will conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and build robust pipelines while keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.

The role requires significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environments, and familiarity with ATS and social media tools. Remote setup supported from the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Life sciences R&D or corporate recruitment experience within life sciences industry is required
• Life sciences (pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology) experience is required
