Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA, with additional offices in Seattle and Boston, and Washington, DC. This role owns end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, while providing flex support to the Recruiting for Recruiting (R4R) team as needed.

You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate relationships, and develop market-aware talent strategies to drive timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple sub-functions within People teams.
• Ability to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, with flex capacity into R4R during peak periods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function.
• Conduct screens to assess depth and fit, with role-appropriate evaluation approaches.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close, including panel prep and offers.
