Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Operations to lead full life cycle recruiting for branch, distribution center, and field roles across the US and Canada. You will partner with Operations hiring managers and HR Partners to build recruiting strategies that fit company goals and values.

You will source, screen, and guide offers for hourly, supervisor, and management roles while giving hiring managers a consultative view of the talent market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume and management hiring.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS.
• Experience with AI tools in recruiting.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for branches, DCs, and field roles.
• Source, screen, and present offers to hiring managers.
• Partner with HR and operations to develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain SLAs and candidate experience.
• Roll out Workday Recruiting knowledge via webinars and events.
• Support cross-functional HR roles as needed.
