AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract based in California, with travel across the West Coast. You will partner with client hiring managers to deliver high-volume recruitment, manage multiple interview stages, and provide data-driven market insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume environments including hourly frontline roles.
• Experience with job fairs and in-person recruitment events.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines.
• Experience recruiting for part-time/hourly positions.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead sourcing discussions and develop market insights to influence hiring outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations for decisions.
• Track progress and data in relevant systems and communicate actively with stakeholders.
