Worldpac, Inc. seeks a Senior Recruiter, Operations to lead full life cycle recruiting for branch, distribution center, and field roles across the US and Canada.

You will partner with Operations hiring managers and HR Partners to craft recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and values, sourcing, screening, and guiding offers while ensuring a smooth process. You will use AI tools daily to move faster and improve decision quality, while maintaining exceptional candidate and hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with high-volume and management hiring.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, other search boards, and an applicant tracking system.
• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting work, such as sourcing, outreach, screening notes, or reporting.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage each search from initial contact through offer and negotiation, keeping requisitions, candidates, and timelines organized.
• Post requisitions and create content to share open roles on social media and job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess skills and experience, and recommend finalists to hiring managers.
• Proactively source and engage talent through online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Use AI tools to draft outreach, summarize screens, and improve sourcing with human review of output.
• Build and organize talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles such as supervisors and branch managers.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and quarterly goals.
• Give strategic guidance on market dynamics and trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
• Influence senior leaders using external talent market data.
• Follow hiring compliance steps, including background checks, work authorization, and equal opportunity practices.
• Give every candidate timely, respectful communication from first contact to start date.
• Escalate legal or policy questions to HR Partners and Legal.
• Keep accurate records and a consistent, repeatable recruiting process, track metrics, and recommend process changes.
• Help roll out Workday Recruiting, and share knowledge and best practices through webinars and events.
• Assist cross-functional HR roles as company objectives require.
