Job summary

Megawatt Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Recruiter to scale the organization’s workforce within hyperscale data center construction. You will lead recruiting across operations, field, and preconstruction, partnering with managers to forecast needs and attract top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

A strong background in data center construction, low voltage cabling, and skilled trades is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction, data centers, or related technical industries.
• Experience recruiting across professional, operational, and field levels.
• Familiarity with hyperscale data center environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for positions across operations, field, and preconstruction.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and communicate recruiting activity.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, leadership, culture fit, and role alignment.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
