Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an experienced Recruiter with deep knowledge of mission-critical data center construction, infrastructure, engineering, and commissioning talent. This recruiter will focus specifically on professionals who design, build, commission, operate, and expand hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center environments.

The ideal candidate understands the specialized electrical, mechanical, cooling, power, controls, and commissioning disciplines required to support

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting data center, mission-critical or related infrastructure roles.
• Knowledge of data center job families including Critical Facilities Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Data Center Superintendents, MEP professionals, Electrical Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Understanding electrical and cooling infrastructure in data centers.
• Experience sourcing difficult-to-find technical, engineering, and construction talent.
• Experience conducting intake calls with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for data center construction, engineering, and infrastructure roles.
• Source and recruit Data Center Superintendents, Project Managers, MEP professionals, and commissioning engineers.
• Identify electrical and mechanical staff including engineers and power systems professionals.
• Build specialized talent pipelines across hyperscale, colocation, and data center operations.
• Provide market intelligence on availability, compensation, and talent needs.
• Track pipelines, interviews, offers, and hires against delivery targets.
