Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical/professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Support targeted recruiting campaigns and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
