Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly to management roles.
• Develop pipelines via job boards, referrals, networking and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and events.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment steps.
• Monitor background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.
• Support HR projects and reporting.
