Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, benefits and payroll processes, and employment law knowledge (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, Workers’ Comp).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Lead recruitment efforts, prescreen candidates, and support onboarding for hires.
• Serve as liaison for ADA accommodations, workers' comp and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain HRIS personnel changes and support benefit enrollment communications.
