Job summary

ASUS is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate teams in Fremont, CA. Own full-cycle recruiting for 25–35 requisitions and partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, proactive, and skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisition loads.
• Experience recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or corporate functions.
• Technology and/or hardware industry recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting employment-based immigration processes preferred.
• Experience creating and analyzing recruiting metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for 25–35 concurrent requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and assessments to evaluate skills and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Lead offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health; report insights.
• Oversee pre-employment steps including background checks and onboarding.
• Serve as point of contact for immigration cases with external counsel.
• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
• Support additional HR or organizational initiatives as needed.
