Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, schedule and hire lease employees while upholding high customer service standards.

You will build relationships with customers and drivers, ensure applicants meet Centerline Hiring Requirements as well as DOT requirements, and maintain compliance with legal regulations. The role requires coordinating job fairs, managing ATS and internet boards, and delivering effective orientations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least two (2) years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience OR four (4) years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing.
• Build contacts with schools, agencies and public orgs to attract applicants.
• Develop efficient recruiting processes meeting client needs.
• Coordinate job fairs and manage internet recruiting tools daily.
• Deliver orientations and recruit plan; weekly activity reports.
