Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager and help recruit applicants, process employment steps, and place workers with customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage orders, payroll, safety compliance, and relationships with customers and associates while leveraging the JobStack app and ATS tools. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is expected.
• Strong people, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and staffing app JobStack.
• Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers.
• Proactively recruit applicants and match them with open positions.
• Process payroll for temporary workers promptly.
• Promote safety and compliance in all activities.
