AB Energy USA LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Houston to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, attract qualified candidates, and provide a professional candidate experience.

You will also build pipelines for recurring positions through campaigns, direct sourcing, job fairs, educational partnerships, and a trusted network of recruiting providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, skilled-trade, field-service, or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake to offer.
• Define role requirements, search strategy, interview process, and timelines with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications, compensation expectations, and work eligibility.
• Provide timely interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with HR and Marketing to craft recruitment messaging and materials.
