LINK Staffing is seeking a Recruiter / Client Service Representative to be the main point of contact for field staff and clients, handling full-cycle recruiting, assignment coordination, and service excellence.

You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and onboarding, and maintain records while nurturing client relationships to meet daily and weekly KPIs. Expect local travel for visits and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, staffing, recruiting, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance (for client visits).

Responsabilités

• Source talent through online platforms, community partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
• Coordinate assignments, onboarding, and timesheets.
• Maintain records for clients, field staff, and assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, visits, and follow-ups.
