Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3-10 years of recruiting or sales experience.
• Experience recruiting in Architecture, Engineering and Construction is strongly preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across open roles for clients.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks; learn career goals.
• Communicate and negotiate job offers.
• Create talent pipelines for future opportunities; build long-term relationships.
• Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
