Job summary

IslandSearch Group, Inc. D/B/A ISG Consultants in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple client roles.

You’ll screen candidates, negotiate offers, and build pipelines while maintaining strong candidate relationships for current and future opportunities. The ideal candidate brings 3–10 years in recruiting or sales, with preference for Architecture, Engineering & Construction experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–10 years of recruiting or sales experience.
• Experience recruiting in Architecture, Engineering & Construction preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cold call candidates and clients.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across open roles for clients.
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks.
• Communicate and negotiate job offers.
• Create talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future roles.
• Keep records in ATS including resumes and evaluations.
