You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, screening candidates, negotiating offers, and building talent pipelines with high-potential candidates. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in recruiting or sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–10 years of recruiting or sales experience.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across open roles to help clients hire qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks; learn about their career goals.
• Communicate and negotiate job offers with candidates and clients.
• Create talent pipelines for future opportunities with high-potential candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for current and future roles.
• Engage with job boards and social networks; create and post job descriptions.
• Maintain detailed applicant records in the ATS.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping clients find and hire qualified candidates;
• Screen potential candidates through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their career goals and interests;
• Communicate and negotiate job offers;
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for current and future job opportunities;
• Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements;
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree is required;
• 3-10 years of relevant recruiting or sales experience;
• Experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is strongly preferred but not required;
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and is able to learn new programs quickly;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to cold call potential candidates and clients;
• Good time management and organizational skills;
• Functions effectively individually as well as part of a team.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
