You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and advise on best-fit decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. This hybrid role requires US work eligibility and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business, communications, human resources or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Typically, 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated ability to source and fill top talent in designated line of business and leadership roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Advanced knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and creative tools
• Adept with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Excellent candidate research/sourcing skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business partners to understand needs and develop and implement a sourcing strategy to identify talent.
• Screens candidates, builds relationships, and presents exceptional talent to business partners.
• Serves as a trusted partner to the business and candidates, ensures a great fit for both, and influences decisions to bring the best relationships to life.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, policy, and procedure guidance.
• Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
