• Experience in full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles in financial services.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and manage multiple roles.
• Proactive sourcing including Boolean search and passive outreach.
• Strong governance and regulatory awareness in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Execute recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and hiring goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring approaches.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer to ensure consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Manage sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn, direct outreach and other platforms to engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs and future demand.
• Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to deliver accurate, timely recruitment processes.
• Deliver reporting and insights on hiring progress and pipeline status to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen hiring efficiency and experience.
• Promote HSBC’s employer brand and EVP in the external talent market.
