Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced recruiter to support recruitment across Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management in the US. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment—from intake to offer—for a portfolio of roles in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, delivering strong pipelines and clear reporting to stakeholders.

You will partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, implement proactive sourcing strategies (including Boolean search), manage multiple roles

  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience across sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring decisions.
  • Proficient in proactive sourcing techniques including Boolean search and direct outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with strong attention to detail.

  • Execute recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and hiring goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define approaches.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer to ensure consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Manage sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn, direct outreach and other platforms to engage passive talent.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs and future demand.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to deliver accurate, timely recruitment processes.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on hiring progress and pipeline status to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen hiring efficiency and experience.

Join a high-performing recruitment team supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Asset Management and Wealth Management in the US. This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level lateral hiring. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across a portfolio of roles in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Success means translating business priorities into clear hiring plans, bringing strong market insight and building robust pipelines for current and future needs. You’ll keep stakeholders informed with clear reporting while strengthening the candidate experience throughout. You’ll also help enhance how we recruit by identifying practical improvements that increase quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
  • Bring strong corporate recruiting experience ideally in financial services or another highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrate proven full-cycle recruitment capability across sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and offer processes
  • Partner effectively with senior leaders to support hiring decisions and outcomes
  • Apply proactive sourcing approaches including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement
  • Manage multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with strong organization and reporting skills
  • Collaborate across teams and functions in a matrixed environment
  • Operate with a strong understanding of governance expectations in recruitment and selection activity

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location
