Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, to drive full-cycle recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across multiple markets. Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience supporting recruiting for a variety of roles and senior leadership partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic recruiting plans including proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
• Independently manage hiring strategy, application process, interviews, and offers.
• Guide hiring managers through structured interview practices to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Build talent pipelines and participate in recruiting events to strengthen CarMax’s employer brand.
