CarMax is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders in Richmond, VA. You will lead critical workforce initiatives, coordinate multiple projects, and shape people-related strategies that support our associates and business goals.

This role requires influencing at all levels, strong communication, and proven change management skills. You will work onsite four days a week at the CarMax Home Office and help sustain our associate-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
• MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience influencing at all levels.
• Proven track record of leading change programs.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
