TalentHop is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Executive and Leadership to identify and secure top leadership talent across Director to C-suite levels, primarily in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data functions. This role partners with founders and executives to meet leadership needs proactively in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities include market mapping, managing senior-level searches, building a network of senior talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience across multiple functions in a scaling company.
• Proven experience managing Director-level and above searches.
• Established credibility as an advisor to senior tech and product hiring managers.
• Pre-existing relationships with senior talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or Metaview.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop strategic market maps.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $163,000 to $203,800 USD
• US employees outside these metropolitan areas: $146,700 to $183,400 USD
• Canadian employees (any location): $154,100 to $192,600 CAD
• Medical insurance
