Job summary

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage recruitment for administrative, technical, sales and professional roles in Burnsville, MN. The role is hybrid after training, with oversight of a portfolio of ~15 roles to ensure timely hires and a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will partner with business leaders, coach hiring teams, and drive data-driven recruiting strategies. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting (agency, inhouse or a combination).
• Proven track record of filling challenging roles in multiple markets.
• Proficient knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems and other recruiting tools and resources.
• Onsite requirement with local candidates only; no relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of approximately 15 positions with competing demands.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiting professionals to fill open positions in a timely manner.
• Serve as a key decision maker on candidate qualification with structured evaluation.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies building strong pipelines of talent.
• Maintain accurate, compliant data in the applicant tracking system.
