Job summary

Med School Insiders LLC (MSI) is hiring a Recruiter to own the recruiting function end-to-end, reporting directly to the COO. Today, recruiting is spread across the team as a part‑time duty attached to other jobs.

Your mandate is to pull those scattered pieces into one function and build the recruiting process and tracking system from scratch: intake, sourcing, screening funnels, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with real sourcing ownership.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing skill to hunt employed high-earning US sales reps.
• Experience recruiting in at least two markets: US sales, LATAM remote, Philippines remote.
• Built screening funnels, scorecards, or tracking systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own every open requisition end to end: intake, job description, posting, sourcing, screening, shortlist.
• Design and run structured screening funnels with data-driven decisions.
• Deliver small, high-quality shortlists with evidence to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate experience at premium-brand standards.
