Helix Electric, a leading electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Craft Recruiter in Goodyear, AZ to support field staffing. You will recruit licensed and unlicensed electricians, apprentices, helpers, and laborers, coordinating with Field Leadership to align staffing with project demands.

The role requires experience in recruiting, workforce forecasting, and labor market knowledge. Travel to project sites and events is expected as needed; bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Source candidates through multiple channels and assess fit for craft roles.
• Coordinate in-person electrical skills assessments and practical evaluations.
• Partner with field leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan manpower.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain proper records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for electrical craft positions, including journeymen and apprentices.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract talent across Arizona market and project locations.
• Lead manpower planning meetings with project leadership to review staffing and forecasts.
• Maintain labor forecasts and coordinate transfers between projects as needed.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain applicant records in ATS and workforce systems.
