The successful candidate will oversee scheduling, bids, contracts, change orders, and coordination with accounting, while mentoring staff and ensuring safety and excellence on large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.
• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive division profitability through effective project execution of multiple sizable projects.
• Develop the organization to achieve excellence through continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Responsible for work assignments, hiring, promotions and performance appraisal.
• Review contractual requirements and process design methodology.
• Oversee project management, scheduling, procurement and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting to invoice per project terms and manage change orders.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to resolve contract disputes.
• Balance internal and external resource loading.
