Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years full life cycle recruiting experience required.
• 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Data Analyst and Data Science recruiting highly preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Recruiting Strategy: collaboration to develop strategies.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Must be able to work full desk and source candidates independently.
• Must maintain candidate relationships and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using innovative techniques to attract diverse talent.
• Experience with compensation and HR requirements related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from requisition to offer and beyond.
• Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and referrals.
• Provide end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise clients on market trends and improve recruiting approaches.
• Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Deep sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other techniques.
• Adhere to recruiting process, standards, and systems.
• Drive time-to-fill goals with autonomous strategy execution.
