Job summary

POWER USA is hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for field and corporate teams, with a heavy focus on technicians and operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines before needs arise, and keep candidates moving from first call to start date.

You will coordinate with Operations on staffing needs, maintain accurate ATS records, and help drive a compliant, confidential hiring process while representing the company at events and job fairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Clear communication with candidates, managers, and senior leaders.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment clearances.
• Build pipelines for recurring technical roles through schools, veterans programs, referrals, apprenticeships, and direct outreach.
• Partner with Operations on upcoming staffing needs and translate them into a rolling recruiting plan.
• Keep candidate and requisition records accurate in the ATS and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source results.
• Coordinate approved staffing agency support for specialized and leadership roles.
• Represent POWER USA at job fairs, school events, and community hiring events.
• Apply consistent, compliant hiring practices and protect candidate confidentiality.

You will partner directly with hiring managers, build pipelines before the need becomes urgent, and keep candidates moving with clear, respectful communication from first call to start date.

What you’ll do

• Keep candidate and requisition records accurate in our applicant tracking system and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source results.
• Coordinate approved staffing agency support for specialized and leadership roles.
• Represent Life Cycle Power at job fairs, school events, and community hiring events.
• Apply consistent, compliant hiring practices and protect candidate and compensation confidentiality.

What you bring

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A track record of managing multiple open roles at once without letting candidates or deadlines slip.
• Comfort working with an applicant tracking system, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Clear communication with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Recruiting in energy services, power generation, construction, industrial, or skilled trades.
• Hiring for rotational field schedules, multi-state locations, or certification-dependent roles.
• Experience with JazzHR, iSolved, or similar recruiting and HRIS platforms.
