Job description

Join a dynamic team in Houston, TX as a Recruiter, where you will play a key role in building high-performing field and corporate teams, with a primary focus on technicians and operations roles. Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for field and corporate positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment processes.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for recurring technical roles through outreach to trade schools, veteran programs, referrals, apprenticeships, and direct sourcing.
  • Collaborate with Operations to anticipate project staffing needs and create ongoing recruiting plans.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system; report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with approved staffing agencies for specialized and leadership roles as needed.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, school events, and community hiring events to attract top talent.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices and maintain confidentiality of candidate and compensation information.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining candidate engagement.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting in energy services, power generation, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with hiring for rotational field schedules, multi-state locations, or certification-dependent roles.
  • Preferred: Experience with JazzHR, iSolved, or similar recruiting and HRIS platforms.
