CAMP Facility Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter in a remote, high-impact role to drive growth by finding, engaging, and hiring top construction talent for field and office positions across our markets. The role is 80% hands-on full-cycle recruiting and 20% managing agencies, with up to 10% travel to visit markets and learn local hiring needs.

Minimum 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting with construction industry experience is required; bilingual Spanish is a significant plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the construction industry.
• Construction industry recruiting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, including superintendents, project managers, estimators, field crews, and branch staff.
• Source and cold call passive candidates daily using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates quickly and move them through the hiring process without delay.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers for timely feedback.
• Keep organized pipelines and candidate records for all requisitions.
• Build a bench of construction talent for recurring roles including traveling superintendents.
• Manage third-party recruiting agencies and monitor performance.
• Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and support process improvements.
