Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: proven success in meeting or exceeding placements.
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: use sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
