Job summary

CAMP Facility Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Houston to drive full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles across markets. This remote position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing construction talent, with occasional travel to our markets.

You will partner with the VP of Human Resources and agency partners to strengthen the recruiting function while delivering timely, high-quality hires across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; construction industry recruiting experience required.
• Multi-family, restoration, or facility services recruiting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to cold call and source passive candidates.
• High sense of urgency; proactive, fast-moving and results-driven.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Confident and assertive in holding hiring managers accountable for timely feedback and decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credibility with candidates and leaders.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, ATS, and LinkedIn; ADP experience preferred.
• Travel up to 10%.

How you will contribute to our TEAM:

The Senior Recruiter will drive CAMP’s growth by finding, engaging, and hiring top construction talent for field and office roles across our markets. About 80% of the role is hands-on, full-cycle recruiting: proactively sourcing and cold calling passive candidates, then moving them through the hiring process quickly. The other 20% covers managing recruiting agencies, preparing offer letters, and working with the VP of Human Resources to strengthen the recruiting function. This is a remote, high-impact role with up to 10% travel, most of it early on, to visit our markets, meet local leaders, and learn each market’s hiring needs firsthand.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, including superintendents, project managers, estimators, field crews, and branch staff.
• Source and cold call passive candidates daily, using CAMP’s sourcing platform, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen candidates quickly and keep them moving through each stage of the hiring process without delay.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up consistently with hiring managers to get timely feedback and hiring decisions.
• Keep organized, up-to-date pipelines and candidate records for all open requisitions.
• Build a bench of construction talent for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, including traveling superintendents.
• Manage third-party recruiting agencies, including assigning searches, monitoring performance, and controlling fees.
• Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with Human Resources and hiring managers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, and support projects that improve processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; construction industry recruiting experience required.
• Multi-family, restoration, or facility services recruiting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to cold call and source passive candidates.
• High sense of urgency; proactive, fast-moving, and results-driven.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build credibility with candidates and leaders at all levels.
• Able to manage your own workload and schedule with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn; ADP experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus.
