• You’ve had at least 2+ years in agency recruiting or sales (bonus if it’s in construction, engineering, or a similar field)
• You know how to hunt, close, and build real relationships

• You’re an operator — someone who thrives with freedom and ownership

What you'll be doing:

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, pitching, screening, prepping, and closing top construction talent
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Actively managing your pipeline, learning the market, and owning your success
• Using our tools (and your own creativity) to identify and engage the best in the industry
