JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex technical, cybersecurity, cloud, and program management roles supporting federal contracts. You will advise leaders, develop strategic sourcing, and maintain strong pipelines for cleared and uncleared talent across current and future contracts.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and executives to align hiring plans with growth objectives while ensuring compliance with OFCCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting, 5+ in federal contracting.
• Experience filling highly technical roles and managing 20+ requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical and cleared roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing to identify passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Partner with leaders to create hiring plans aligned with growth goals.
• Advise hiring managers, executives, and program leaders on talent strategy.
• Ensure OFCCP compliance and adherence to state/federal employment laws.
• Build pipelines for cleared and uncleared talent for current and future contracts.
• Support capture, proposal, and recompete efforts through candidate engagement.
• Maintain candidate experience and strengthen employer brand through networks.
