Job summary

General Mills is seeking an Experienced Recruiting professional to lead full lifecycle searches and partner with hiring leaders across the enterprise.

You will build diverse candidate pipelines, advise on market insights, and execute creative sourcing strategies to fill challenging roles in a fast-paced environment. This Minneapolis-based role focuses on manufacturing, supply chain and other hard-to-fill searches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive corporate and/or search-firm recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches—from intake and strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and close.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles, locations and talent segments.
• Generate and engage diverse, qualified candidate pipelines, including passive talent.
• Partner consultatively with hiring leaders and HR partners to clarify business needs and define success profiles.
• Bring external market perspective to conversations about talent availability and compensation considerations.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities with strong organization and timely communication.
