IMC is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the Experienced Recruitment team and drive hiring across technology and business operations. The role requires building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding teams and talent markets, and developing thoughtful strategies to attract outstanding candidates.

Candidates with trading or financial services background are not required, but fresh perspectives are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across technology, business operations, or broad roles.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top candidates in competitive markets.
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar functions and roles quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand teams, priorities, and hiring needs.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, assessment, and recruiting best practices.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing engaging active and passive candidates.
• Build high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Manage full lifecycle from intake to offer and close.
• Assess candidates for capabilities, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Create engaging candidate experiences showcasing IMC’s culture and opportunities.
• Manage external recruitment partners and ensure alignment.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
• Provide updates to stakeholders with data and insights.
