Job summary

IMC is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Experienced Recruitment team and drive hiring across technology and business operations roles. You will partner with leaders, build talent pipelines, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 USD, with a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technology and operations.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar roles quickly and translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tools to manage activity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across technology and operations to understand teams and hiring priorities.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, candidate availability, and assessment practices.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and research.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and close, with data-driven updates.
• Assess candidates for skills, potential, motivation, and fit with IMC culture.
• Ensure a personalized candidate experience communicating IMC's work and opportunities.
• Coordinate external recruitment partners when needed with clear expectations.
• Continuously evaluate processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders with market insights and progress.
