Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, building a diverse pipeline and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, and is comfortable coordinating interviews, extending offers, and maintaining ATS records. Domestic and international travel may be required.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds a diverse talent pipeline.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and planning.
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers per policy.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment reports for managers.
• Performs other duties as required.
