CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote our brand across markets.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel may be required; the role is hybrid within the United States.

• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Reviews resumes, prescreens candidates, and prepares applicants for interviews; ensures timely feedback to applicants and managers.
• Coordinates background checks, offers, and onboarding processes in accordance with policy.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment reports for stakeholders.
