Responsibilities include recruiting aviation, technical, administrative and management positions across the company and subsidiaries, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Eight years of recruiting experience in Federal Contractor environments.
• Experience recruiting aviation, technical, administrative and management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the corporate recruiting team and align with HR management on DoD contracting initiatives.
• Recruit aviation, technical, administrative and management staff across the company and subsidiaries; source candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; review posting qualifications; negotiate offers and maintain strong hiring-manager relationships.
