Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to support our automotive supplier and manufacturing client. This remote role offers competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and a collaborative culture focused on growth, innovation, and partnership.

You will drive strategic recruiting across corporate and manufacturing segments, building pipelines, delivering insights, and guiding stakeholders with urgency and resilience to achieve talent outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (HR or related field).
5+ years full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or corporate environments.
Strong partnering with HR and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades preferred.
Data-driven recruiting with solid metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across corporate, professional, and manufacturing roles.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align workforce plans and hiring outcomes.
Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights for market trends, metrics, and planning.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client’s employer brand and values.
Collaborate on onboarding, workforce development, retention, and DE&I initiatives.
Maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (Eightfold, Oracle, ATS).
Lead or participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events to attract top talent.
Serve as SME on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and HR best practices.
