Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across corporate, automotive, and manufacturing client environments. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align workforce plans and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes.

You will build diverse pipelines, deliver data-driven insights on market trends and metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades preferred.
• Strong HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with team goals.
• Passion for sustainable workforce development.

• Serve as SME on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best HR practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking atop-tier Human Resources Recruiter with a proven ability to drive transformational recruiting strategies across both corporate, automotive and manufacturing environments. What You’ll Do

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand and values.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals.
• Manage and maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events to attract and convert top talent.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best practices within HR frameworks.

Requirements You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with HR and business leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to operate independently while staying connected to team goals and organizational strategy.
• Passion for sustainable workforce development and long-term talent solutions.
