Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or corporate settings.
• Experience partnering with HR and leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades preferred.
• Strong HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven practices.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans and drive equitable hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
• Develop data-driven talent insights and workforce planning input.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client’s employer brand.
• Collaborate on onboarding, retention programs, and DEI initiatives.
• Manage candidate and requisition data across multiple systems.
• Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events.
• Serve as SME on recruiting compliance and best practices.
