Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across automotive and manufacturing environments. You will partner with HR leaders to align hiring with workforce plans and deliver data-driven insights that shape talent strategy.

You’ll build diverse pipelines, manage candidate data across systems, and lead initiatives in onboarding, DE&I, and characteristic hiring practices while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience in a remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate/professional or manufacturing environments.
• Experience partnering with HR and leadership to drive recruiting initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades is preferred.
• Strong HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on workforce plans and hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Develop data-driven talent insights and market trends for leadership.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience aligned with employer brand and values.
• Collaborate on onboarding, retention programs, and DE&I goals.
• Manage candidate and requisition data across systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Serve as SME on recruiting compliance and process efficiency.
