What We Need

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Symbotic. You will be responsible for supporting our diverse hiring needs and contributing to our ongoing growth and innovation by attracting top talent that will help us improve customer experience and lay the foundation for our future expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various channels, including ATS Workday, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and promote Symbotic as an employer of choice.
  • Lead efforts to enhance Symbotic's employer brand via social media, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure and improve recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to raise talent acquisition standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, focusing on senior and specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish trust with candidates and managers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Our Environment
  • Up to 20% travel may be required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive or fly to locations needed.
  • Ownership of personal expenses with bi-weekly reimbursement.
