Complex is looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team and help attract top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where storytelling, technology, commerce, and innovation intersect.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles—from creative and production to marketing, digital, tech, and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

What You'll Do

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in creative, production, commerce, digital, and business operations.
2. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
3. Identify and engage candidates through job postings, social platforms, talent databases, referrals, and industry networking.
4. Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and support offer processes.
6. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
7. Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
8. Stay updated on trends in the media industry and talent acquisition best practices.

Who You Are

1. 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with some focus in media, entertainment, creative, or digital industries.
2. Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
3. Familiarity with media-related roles (e.g., producers, editors, creatives, marketing, digital content).
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

$85,000 - $100,000 a year

The pay range, which is based on factors including location, experience, and performance, is listed above. Actual pay may vary.
