We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Symbotic. What we do

The Talent Acquisition team is part of the Human Resources organization, responsible for partnering with employees throughout the employment lifecycle—including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee support. Our team focuses on engaging, attracting, and identifying top talent to join Symbotic.

The Site Operations Recruiting team plays a crucial role in high-volume hiring across our warehouse network, ensuring optimal staffing across multiple shifts and locations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop creative, results-driven recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets. We seek recruiters with proven ability to build and manage strong talent pipelines across various skill levels, from entry-level to experienced operational roles.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies via channels such as ATS Workday, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with senior business partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with business goals, and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build and sustain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and promote Symbotic as an employer of choice.
  • Enhance Symbotic’s employer brand through initiatives like social media, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure strategy effectiveness and inform process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending process enhancements.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to elevate talent acquisition standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, focusing on senior and specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage data for strategy improvements.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Our Environment

  • Up to 20% travel may be required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive or fly to client locations are necessary.
  • Employees are responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses for reimbursement bi-weekly.
