As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles—from creative and production to marketing, digital, tech and corporate functions. You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles in creative, production, commerce, digital, and business operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • Identify and engage candidates through job postings, social platforms, talent databases, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and support offer processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on trends in the media industry and talent acquisition best practices.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with some focus in media, entertainment, creative, or digital industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Familiarity with media-related roles (e.g., producers, editors, creatives, marketing, digital content).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

$85,000 - $100,000 a year

The Pay Range, which consists of rate of pay per hour, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
